Managing module licenses
See which modules your organization is licensed for, and learn the difference between a licensed module and an enabled one.
The Licenses tab shows which modules (Case, Analytics, Deep Intelligence, and AI Studio) your organization is licensed for, and lets you request ones you don't have yet.
Viewing your licenses
Go to Org & Workspace › Licenses. Each module is listed with its type, status, seats, expiry date, license owner, and the date it became active.

- Active means your organization has a license for that module.
- Not subscribed means your organization doesn't have access to that module yet.
"Licensed" vs. "Enabled": what's the difference?
You'll see modules described as both licensed and enabled, and the difference is easy to mix up:
- Licensed means your organization has a license for the module. It's available to your whole organization.
- Enabled means the module has been turned on in a specific workspace. A module can be licensed for your organization but not enabled in every workspace. For example, your organization might be licensed for both Analytics and Deep Intelligence while a particular workspace has only Analytics turned on.
In short, licensing is an organization-wide entitlement, and enabling is a setting for each workspace. See Managing workspaces & workspace access to learn how to enable a licensed module in a workspace.
Requesting a new module
Self-service subscriptions aren't available yet. If you click Subscribe next to a module (or Subscribe module at the top of the tab), a Coming soon message asks you to contact your Acoer representative, who will set up the module for you.
