Go to HealthDataExplorer.
Click on sign up.
Enter your email address and password then click “Continue”.
Accept the Authorize App request. Note: declining this request will prevent account creation.

Upon your first login, complete the onboarding process to reach the homepage.

The Case Page, also known as "Case View," is designed to streamline medicolegal death investigations by providing healthcare professionals with a centralized platform to access crucial case information. From victim statistics to diagnosis and toxicology results, the Case Page ensures that professionals have all the necessary details at their fingertips to enhance efficiency and precision in their work.

To access the Case View, open a workspace and then click on the “Analytics” tab then select “Case List” to view a list of all cases.
To view case information, you case search for a specific Case ID in the quick text search field or click on any case in the list view. Note: Cases are automatically sorted by Death Date but you can click any of the table headers to sort the selected column alphabetically.
Upon searching or selecting a case, you’ll be directed to the Case Information page.

The Workspace Settings page provides users with the flexibility to update workspace details and manage their workspaces efficiently. Users can modify workspace information such as Name, Description, and Icon, as well as delete workspaces when necessary. Here's the steps to navigate this page:

Enable and Disable the Public Dashboard
Delete Workspaces

To access the Settings page, open a workspace from the homepage and then click on the Settings tab.

Update Workspace Details

To edit the workspace details, click the pencil icon.
Update Workspace Name: Edit the existing workspace name to reflect any changes.
Modify Workspace Description: Update the description to provide a clear overview of the workspace's purpose or content.
Change Workspace Icon: Select a new icon from the available options to personalize the workspace.
To save your changes, click the Save button or to discard your changes, click the X button.
