Sign up or log in to Health Data Explorer

If you're new to Health Data Explorer, welcome aboard! Signing up is quick and easy. Gain access to intuitive reporting tools and robust analytics by creating your account today.


Already have an account? Welcome back! Simply log in to pick up where you left off and continue your exploration of health data insights.


Choose your path below to get started:



First time login (Sign Up)


  1. Go to HealthDataExplorer.
  2. Click on sign up.

  1. Enter your email address and password then click “Continue”.


  1. Upon your first login, complete the onboarding process.
  2. When you finish onboarding, the **Org & Workspace** page opens. Go to *What to do after you log in* below.

Tip: Sign up with the same email address your workspace invitation was sent to. Otherwise, the invitation won't appear in your account.


Returning User (Login)


  1. Go to HealthDataExplorer.
  2. Login with your email address and password then click “Continue”. Forgot your password? See Reset your Password.

  1. After logging in, where you land depends on your access:

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ● If you have access to a workspace, the workspace Overview tab opens. You're ready to start working.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ● If you don't have access to a workspace yet, the Org & Workspace page opens. Follow the steps below.


What to do after you log in


If you land on the Org & Workspace page, you aren't a member of any workspace yet. What you do next depends on whether an invitation is waiting for you.


If you have a pending workspace invitation


The Overview tab shows You have a pending workspace invitation.


  1. Click Review invitations.
  2. In the Workspace invitations panel, click Accept next to the invitation.
  3. In the left sidebar, click Analytics to open your workspace.

If you don't have an invitation


The Overview & Workspaces tabs show No workspace access.


Contact your organization's Org Admin and ask them to invite you to a workspace. Give them the email address you signed in with. When they send the invitation, you get an email, and the invitations icon (a person with a plus sign) in the top-right corner shows the number of pending invitations.
