Upload Case Data via CSV

This guide explains how to upload case data into your workspace using a CSV file. This option is designed for workspaces that do not use automated data integrations and relies on the custom configuration already set up for your workspace.

When to use this feature

Use the CSV Upload feature if:

  • Your workspace does not have automated data ingestion enabled
  • You need to manually import case data
  • Your data is already formatted to match your workspace configuration

⚠️ The CSV must follow the field structure and naming conventions established during your workspace setup.

How to upload a CSV file

  1. Log in to your workspace.
  2. Click Settings in the main navigation.
  3. Scroll to the section labeled Upload Case Data.
  4. Upload your CSV file by either:

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Dragging and dropping the file into the upload area, or

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Clicking to browse and select a file from your computer.

Once the file is added, the import process will begin automatically.

Monitoring your import

After uploading, you can track progress using the Import Wizard:

  1. Navigate to the Workspace File Uploads table.
  2. Locate your uploaded file.
  3. Review the Status column to see the current state of the import.
