Enable and Disable the Public Dashboard

The Public Dashboard feature allows users to share an interactive analytics dashboard with public users by embedding an iframe into their organization’s website or sharing a direct public link.

How to Enable the Public Dashboard

Locate the Public Dashboard section.

Toggle the switch ON to enable the public dashboard.

Once enabled, you will see options to:
Copy the embed iframe code – Paste this into your website to display the dashboard.
Copy the public link – Share this link with others for easy access without embedding.

A Public Dashboard tab will appear in the navigation bar, allowing you to preview how the dashboard will appear to public users.

How to Disable the Public Dashboard

Toggle the Public Dashboard switch OFF to disable public access.

Once disabled, the iframe embed code and public link will no longer be accessible, and the Public Dashboard tab will be removed from the navigation bar.

Use this feature to seamlessly share key analytics with external audiences while maintaining control over public access.

Delete Workspaces

If a user wants to remove a workspace from their account there are two potential paths the user will need to take depending on whether the workspace already has cases imported. Refer to the appropriate section below:

Delete Empty Workspaces

If the workspace contains no data, users can delete it directly from the Workspace Settings Page by clicking the Delete button.
A pop up box will appear confirming the user wants to delete the workspace. Click “Delete Workspace” and the workspace will be deleted from the users account.

Delete Workspaces with Data

If cases have been imported into the workspace, upon click of the Delete button, a pop up box will appear notifying users they will need to contact Acoer’s support team for assistance deleting the workspace.
